WCT Brings Aidiladha Cheer to the Local Community

In conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha, WCT joined hands with
Surau Al-Mukmin, Taman Mutiara Gombak, for a meaningful community initiative aimed at sharing the spirit of care, compassion, and togetherness with those in need during the festive season.
Through this programme, approximately 200 asnaf and B40 beneficiaries from the surrounding community received korban meat in conjunction with the Aidiladha celebration.
Representing WCT at the event was En. Halmiaskandar Kasmiri, Head of Internal Audit WCT Holdings Berhad, who joined Surau Al-Mukmin representatives and members of the local community throughout the programme.

More than just a festive initiative, the programme reflected the true spirit of Aidiladha through acts of compassion, generosity and togetherness. From the korban ritual and communal cooking session to the distribution of korban meat, the day brought people together in support of a shared purpose of caring for those in need and strengthening community bonds.
Held as part of WCT’s corporate social responsibility efforts under WCTGives and guided by its #WeCareTogether pillar, the initiative reflects WCT’s commitment to supporting communities and creating a positive impact beyond business.
