WCT was awarded a contract by Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad (MAHB) to undertake the Works Package: EW/01 under the Proposed Development of the New LCC Terminal and Associated Works at KL International Airport, Sepang, Selangor.
The scope of works comprises site preparation, earthworks and main drainage which include necessary cut and fill, excavation of identified unsuitable materials to dumping grounds, import of earth from approved borrow pits, interface with services relocation, work area, temporary access for earthwork, scope of work and survey with all the necessary personnel, plants and machineries, Ground Treatment works, Vertical Drains, Geotextile, Instrumentation, Drainage Works (Berm Drain, Main Drain, Toe Drain, Cut-off Drain) and Dry Pond Works. The project was completed in January 2013.
