WCT-CCCC Joint Venture, an unincorporated joint venture between WCT Berhad (“WCTB”) and China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd (“CCCC”) on a 60:40 basis with WCTB as the lead partner, was awarded a contract by the Government of Malaysia, represented by Sabah Economic Development and Investment Authority to undertake and execute the Proposed Expansion of Sapangar Bay Container Port on 01200707, 01200809, 015601117 & 015493795 at Jalan Sapangar, Kota Kinabalu Sabah, Malaysia.
The scope of works encompasses environment protection and enhancement, traffic management control, site investigation works, demolition and site clearance, dredging and reclamation works, seawall construction, quay deck, container yard, building works, external works and mechanical & electrical services.
