WCT had accepted a contract by Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd to redevelop the existing police quarters (Block 10 & 11). The scope of works includes the demolishing works for the existing infrastructure, design and build one block of 20-storey police quarters which consists of 300 units of Police Quarters Class F along with facilities and amenities such as a 5-storey carpark, surau, multi-purpose hall, shops, laundry, kindergarten and mechanical and electrical rooms. In addition, WCT also conducted the interior works including built-ins and signage. The project was completed in 2019.
