Cebarco-WCT W.L.L. where WCT has 50% equity was awarded a contract by Majid Al-Futtaim Investments L.L.C., UAE to undertake the construction of the Bahrain City Centre project. The project includes the construction of approximately 250,000 sqm retail shopping floor, approximately 150,000 sqm multiple car park building, hotel, a theme park, a water park, 20 cineplexes, interior fittings & finishes, mechanical, electrical & plumbing works and exterior landscaping, drainage. The project was completed in 2008.
