WCT was awarded an interior fit-out project of two hotels in the Bahrain City Centre namely The Kempinski Hotel and Ixir Hotel under the Kempinski brand. 

The 15-storey, 5-star Kempinski Hotel consists of 200 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites. The hotel also has a 1,000 sqm day spa, which features a sauna and hammam, large outdoor pool and an extensive sundeck. It also features interconnecting conference and banquet rooms as well as private meeting rooms and boardrooms whereas the 14-storey, 4-star Ixir Hotel has 260 rooms and features interconnecting conference and banquet rooms as well as private meeting rooms and boardrooms.
