WCT was awarded the contract for the construction and completion of a 2-block 29-storey high-rise apartment, a 4-storey building which consists of 1-floor retail outlet on Level 1, 2-floor commercial outlet on Level 2 & 3 and 1-floor apartment on Level 4. The scope of works includes site preparation and earthwork, sub-structure works, superstructure works, architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, external works, hardscape and landscaping works across the gross floor area of approximately 152,648m². The project was successfully completed in 2015.
