WCT was awarded a total of 2 contracts by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd to design and construct two government office developments in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
The first was Putrajaya Lot 4G9, an office development consisting of a 39-storey tower, a 3 storey-deep basement carpark, soft and hard landscape feature, ingress and egress roads, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
The second was Putrajaya Lot 4G8, an office development consisting of a 33-storey tower, a 4 storey-deep basement carpark, soft and hard landscape feature, ingress and egress roads, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
