In February 2021, WCT was awarded a contract by Lendlease Projects (M) Sdn Bhd to undertake the superstructure works of a 29-storey hotel and 13-storey office at The Exchange TRX.
The superstructure works of the hotel comprise 6-storey hotel facilities podium, 21-storey hotel rooms, 1-storey M&E and hotel facilities and 1-storey roof top with an open pool facility, while the office superstructure works include 1-storey retail space and office lobby on the Ground Floor, 4-storey car park and 8-storey offices.
