WCT Berhad (“WCTB”) in a joint venture with TSR Bina Sdn Bhd (“TSRB”) was awarded a contract by PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn Bhd to undertake the construction of 118 Mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which includes an 8-level shopping complex podium, retail area, residential drop-off, tower link bridge as well as external works. Following the mutual termination of the Shareholders Agreement by WCTB and TSRB on 3 July 2023, WCTB shall assume full responsibility for the completion of this contract.
