WCT Berhad was awarded a contract by Pelangi Pasifik Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TRX City Sdn Bhd to undertake and execute the construction works for a proposed 41-storey office tower at Tun Razak Exchange (“TRX”), Kuala Lumpur.
The development will be carried out in three phases. Phase 1 comprises the construction of a portion of the connecting road. Phase 2 comprises two levels of basement car parking and mechanical spaces, four levels of podium car parking and mechanical spaces, and 14 levels of office space with ancillary facilities, commercial spaces and mechanical spaces. Phase 3 comprises an additional 27 levels of office space.
The scope of works under the Contract includes, but is not limited to, civil and structural works, architectural works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, façade works, landscaping, external works and other associated works.
The works are scheduled to commence on 1 December 2026.
