  5. Coordinate all efforts in support of leasing program, provide technical support to the leasing team during the lease negotiation phase with retailers.
  6. To conduct induction meeting for tenants and contractors to ensure in house fit out rules and safety standards are adhered to.
  7. To supervise, facilitate and coordinate the progress of the tenant’s interior fit-out works.
  8. Responsible and act as contact person between landlord and tenants on the interior fit- out and designs works.
  9. To liaise and resolve any fit out and designs issues with tenants’ contractors, consultant and other subcontractors to ensure the smooth progress of works.
  10. To monitor tenant’s renovation plans and progress.
  11. To conduct final inspection on the completed fit-out works before allowing tenant open for business.
  12. Handling day-to-day work permit approvals.
  13. Involve in design relating to the mall environment such as layout and planning in asset enhancement activities.
  14. Assist in coordinating with relevant consultant to establish mall technical guidelines, schedule of rates and coordinate the assessment of any variation from base building works of retailers.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Minimum Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent
  2. Min 3-5 years working experience in interior design or fit-out department in retail or shopping mall

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Possess a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management or a related fields.
  2. 2-3 years sales/marketing experience with commercial background.
  3. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
