NO SUBCONTRACTING WITHOUT CONSENT
We will clearly stipulate the company’s expectations regarding the use of subcontractors by direct suppliers, which is generally prohibited as a policy.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
We will conduct effective engagement with affected stakeholders in the course of carrying out the supply chain due diligence.
GRIEVANCE MECHANISM
We will establish a formal grievance procedure and are committed to hearing and addressing all measured and substantiated complaints that the company has caused or contributed to harm in its supply chain, regardless of how they are raised.
